Horrible servic, they never called to set up a time once I booked through Uhaul. I called and scheduled and I called and confirmed twice then the day of they reached out to see if they could push the time back and I agreed that time came and they said they'd be 30 more minutes and at almost the time...
I would never book with them again. they showed up to the job and then decided to just leave without saying nothing. without moving anything. just left. no communication at all. DONT BOOK WITH THEM!!!
this moving company is very deplorable and has poor service. They cancelled on me the moment that they supposed to come to my house when I got my U-Haul they have horrible communication and they don't wanna answer the phone they'll see you calling and send you to voicemail .I do not recommen...
They cancelled 17 minutes after their scheduled arrival time. I had several plans (rental truck, hotel reservations, etc.) for the move. They really screwed us over.
Do not request service from this company. They are unprofessional and they canceled the morning I had to move. They are a waste of time.They are cheap and you pay for what you get.....absolutely nothing!!
Did not show at scheduled time. 10am. After multiple texts and calls they responded 1 hour past scheduled time at 11am and said "sorry I slept in. I can be at your place by 12:15pm." I waited. 12:15 rolled around and still didnt show. I texted and called again. No response. Then at 1pm I got a text...
