Horrible in all aspects. Lost and stolen items. And never responded to calls. They changed their name and address isn't even real.

This business took all of my possesions and never returned them and took several thousands dollars.
Horrible communication, lied about delivery, broke/lost many items. Approved filing a claim however certain info required to start the claim process online (required) was never provided despite multiple requests for it so unable to proceed. Stores many of our items outside in CA during a stormy week...

Broke my dresser,broke tv, boxes were open and smashed when delivered, they also lost my queen headboard. When I tried to file a claim it kept saying the site wasn't working.
